Silver Lotus project overview
Silver Lotus is a full-service marketing agency in Europe, delivering web design, SEO, branding and digital marketing to graphic design and print production.
Initially, the Silver Lotus website was built on Framer to showcase a modern and visually engaging design style. However, during operation, the business realized the need for a more flexible platform with lower operational costs to support long-term management and scalability.
Webie Global was selected to handle the website migration to WordPress, with the goal of preserving the original design experience while building a more efficient and sustainable platform for future growth.

One of the biggest challenges of the project was to accurately recreate the existing Silver Lotus website on a completely different platform without affecting the user experience.
The original website featured custom layouts, modern typography, and unique motion effects. Therefore, migrating to WordPress required a careful balance between maintaining the visual design and optimizing performance and usability.

Analyze Silver Lotus website
We tested the existing website on the old platform. We carefully considered the entire interface structure, including layout, system structure, color palette, typography, and user navigation flow. Attention was paid to interactive elements and animation effects to help accurately recreate it on the new platform without losing the original visual identity.
Set up a new WordPress system
The system is configured with a dedicated administration dashboard, giving customers full ownership and control over their website data and operations. This configuration also ensures better scalability, security, and flexibility for future development needs.
Rebuild the interface with WordPress
Based on the initial analysis, the team carefully rebuilt the entire website with high accuracy. All elements and visual details were designed to closely match the original design. At the same time, unnecessary elements were removed to ensure the website remains lightweight and easy to maintain, while preserving the core design language and user experience.
Optimize responsiveness and performance
The website has been optimized to provide a consistent experience across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. The team has adjusted the layout to ensure all elements display correctly on all devices. Additionally, techniques such as image compression, code optimization, and caching have been implemented to improve loading speed and overall stability.
Enhance content management structure
To support long-term usability, Webie Global has developed a clear, user-friendly content management system that allows customers to easily update text, images, and other content without requiring technical expertise.
